Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. After your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, and tracking numbers. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, local postal services will handle final delivery. You can use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website.

Delivery

Send us your original car key, and we will professionally install your Ignis Argentum key shell for you before shipping it back.
This service is designed for customers who prefer a fully handled installation process or want to avoid disassembling the key themselves. Our workshop will carefully open your original key, transfer the internal components into the new silver or nickel silver shell, check the fit, test the button function, and ensure the finished piece is properly assembled before return shipping.

Receiving your original key at our workshop
Careful disassembly of the factory key
Installation of your Ignis Argentum key shell
Internal component transfer
Button function and fit inspection
Final cleaning and preparation
Return shipping of the completed key
Important Notes
This is an installation service only. The key shell must be purchased separately.
Customers are responsible for shipping their original key to our workshop.
Return shipping is included unless otherwise stated.
Please make sure your original key is fully functional before sending it to us.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak batteries, worn buttons, or electronic issues already present in the original key.
If any additional repair or replacement parts are required, we will contact you before proceeding.
Turnaround Time
Installation is usually completed within 2–5 business days after we receive your key.
Total delivery time depends on international shipping and customs processing.
Custom / Non-Refundable Notice
Because this service involves handling and modifying your original key assembly, installation service fees are non-refundable once the work has begun.
If there is any issue caused by our installation, we will take responsibility and make it right.
