Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged moisture and bending the body. Handle the silver-plated finish gently.
Please Note
Images illustrate the intended design and engraving layout. Fine texture and silver tone may vary with finishing and lighting.
Materials & Finishes
IGNIS ARGENTUM uses different materials and finishes across its catalog. The product title, description and variant selector identify the exact option available for each piece.
925 Sterling Silver
When a product is labeled 925 Sterling Silver, it is made from an alloy containing 92.5% silver. Sterling silver can develop natural patina with wear and time; it can be gently polished according to the care needs of the piece.
Nickel Silver
Nickel Silver is a durable copper alloy containing nickel and zinc. Despite its name, it is not sterling silver. It is selected on certain pieces for its color, strength and substantial hand-feel.
Silver Finish or Silver-Plated
When a listing says Silver Finish or Silver-Plated, it describes a surface finish rather than a solid 925 Sterling Silver body. Refer to the individual product page for its exact construction and available options.
Gold and Other Precious-Metal Options
18K, 24K or other precious-metal choices are offered only where they are specifically listed on the product page or confirmed through a custom commission.
Personalization
Depending on the design, personalization may include a name, initials, date, short message or custom artwork. If you are unsure which material or finish suits your idea, contact us before ordering.
