Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. After your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, and tracking numbers. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, local postal services will handle final delivery. You can use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website.

Note: Tracking is active for 60 days. We may not be able to assist after this period.
Delivery
We take every precaution to ensure your products are not damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days with a photo of the damage. If possible, record any delivery issues with the carrier upon receipt.

We also offer a nickel silver option starting from $799 USD.
Final pricing depends on materials and overall design complexity.
Process
You will need to send your key to us.
Once received, we will carry out a detailed structural analysis and proceed with the development and production of your piece.
The full process usually takes around 20–30 business days after receiving the key.
Craftsmanship & Assurance
All customization is completed based on the original key structure.
Your key will not be damaged or altered in any way.
If any structural adjustment is required, we will inform you in advance.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.
Please note that all custom pieces are made to order. Once production has begun and the item is completed, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
