Tracking

Once your parcel arrives in your country, local postal services will handle final delivery. You can use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website.

Delivery

Made to order & dispatch
Estimated dispatch: 20–25 business days after payment. Each pendant is made individually, with back engraving if you choose it. This production window applies to both material editions, including unengraved pieces. Shipping transit time is additional.
The story of Hephaestus
Hephaestus is the Greek god of metalworking. His tools make him a natural presence in MYTHOS, where surface, weight and construction matter. This interpretation honours practical skill and the patience to make something well.
A surface with character
Hammer and anvil forms anchor the figure in a broad, grounded silhouette. Long tool-like marks and darkened recesses support the workshop vocabulary without implying a documented manufacturing step.
Designed by IGNIS ARGENTUM STUDIO, under the creative direction of Jacob. The finish combines darkened recesses, broken planes and selective hand finishing. This design is in production and available to order.

Both editions include one charm, a short personal back engraving and an IGNIS ARGENTUM gift box. The connecting ring, keys, chain, bag and other styling accessories are sold separately or shown for context.
A private message on the back
Keep the front devoted to the design and the back personal. Choose initials, a date or a short phrase. Suggestions for Hephaestus: BUILT WITH CARE or LET WORK SPEAK. Engraving is optional; leave the field empty for an unengraved back. The inscription is arranged to suit the available rear panel.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Keep away from chemicals, abrasive cleaners and prolonged moisture. Repeated key contact can mark either finish; plating can wear through over time. Avoid aggressive polishing in the darkened recesses or on the plated edition. Store the charm dry and separately when it is not in use.

925 Sterling Silver
When a product is labeled 925 Sterling Silver, it is made from an alloy containing 92.5% silver. Sterling silver can develop natural patina with wear and time; it can be gently polished according to the care needs of the piece.
Nickel Silver
Nickel Silver is a durable copper alloy containing nickel and zinc. Despite its name, it is not sterling silver. It is selected on certain pieces for its color, strength and substantial hand-feel.
Silver Finish or Silver-Plated
When a listing says Silver Finish or Silver-Plated, it describes a surface finish rather than a solid 925 Sterling Silver body. Refer to the individual product page for its exact construction and available options.
Gold and Other Precious-Metal Options
18K, 24K or other precious-metal choices are offered only where they are specifically listed on the product page or confirmed through a custom commission.
